My lower jaw/ chin in other words i would say the whole lower mandible is recessed. But dont get me wrong. It looks recessed yet my bute is perfect and the teeth align perfectly. I think the solution would be to move my lower jaw forward but then my bite would be cooked. What to do?

Go to an orthodontist and get a cbct scan

Imma keep that in mind but first i have an appointment with my dentist
I can already tell you what will happen.

Your dentist will take one look at your bite and overall occlusion, see that the teeth align, and send you on your way.

Most orthos will do this too. They do not care about your recession. They care about your teeth.

The only way to properly get assessed for jaw surgery is to go to an actual oral surgeon. Don't waste your time with retarded dentists and orthos, where you're probably going to end up fighting them to just to get a referral to someone you could've went straight to anyways.

Only point in going to an ortho is after you're assessed by a surgeon, for decomp of the bite.

Okay I will still go and not argue. If he says no then to who should I go? Please tell me the full name of the type of person, oral jaw surgeon?

Yep, oral surgeon / jaw surgeon. You can use the jawsurgery subreddit to find good people for it

But I have to pay it on my own, or will Insurance cover it? I live in Europe

Wouldn't his insurance policy tell him that....
His insurance policy doesn't know if he has functional issues that justify insurance coverage.

Without airways issues, almost any bimax will be considered cosmetic unless your occlusion is deformed-tier.
