Yeah, because if you tell your surgeon "Give me hunter eyes" he'll think you're mentally ill.
Surgeries to improve your eye area could be:
- Infraorbital implants
- Supraorbital implants
- Malar implants
- Canthoplasty
- Fat grafts

To add to this, prioritize the implants over soft tissue work. Meaning that soft tissue work like canthoplasty is useless for most people unless they already have decent bones/implants. Without it you are at a larger risk of looking botched. Bones for structure, soft tissue for refinement.

With a good surgeon this should not be a problem. But I believe there are more surgeons willing to do implants on your face than surgeons willing to perform orbital decompression.
