probably yeah. i would first properly softmax sicne ur brows and skin could be better. lashes too. also genio might not be necessary, and cantho should look harmonious and not uncanny which most of the time it does.

Your eye area is really good , but you look bloated try debloating, in terms on surgery you don’t need much unless u want to ascend to chad get jaw and zygo implants
