Based on these pictures, your main flaws are :

- wide alar base, wide tip, undefined bridge
- narrow mouth
- long philtrum
- high set eyebrows

Therefore, you should look into rhinoplasty (with alar plasty), lip lift, and botox injection in the frontalis muscle.

I can't simulate an adequate lip lift on your face, because you need to reduce philtrum length/height without really augmenting the upper lip height (it's impossible to exclusively reduce philtrum height on a 2D picture without altering either nasal base placement, or upper lip height, or mouth placement).
So here's a quick morph showing roughly what a rhinoplasty + alar plasty may look like :

It may not generate a super dramatic change from this angle and under this lighting. You also have to imagine it in conjunction with a lip lift. The two procedures would work harmoniously together.

A rhinoplasty should be your top priority. Pretty high roi surgery in my opinion.
