I’ve been looksmaxxing since I was 16, I’ve turned 18 now and I have about 3k USD, I’m ready to get surgery eventually and I want to know what would help most
ALSO looks are partly, I’m pulling now even as a manlet LTN

I was thinking fat grafting but my face is also painfully narrow which makes me look weird, especially ESR wise. I might just save for another year and get implants or I could get fat grafting sometime this year

i used to be borderline suicidal over my looks but I’ve socialised to the point where I realised they aren’t the end all be all,
However, I still want to do everything I can to ascend even if I look “fine” or “not ugly”

anything helping your infras could do you well
or you get a rhino because your nose to lip width ratio is being cucked by it being bulbous

I’ve considered the following :
Fat grafting for undereyes
Zygo bones to increase fwhr, decrease ESR
And rhino for obvious reasons

Both the latter two would be much more expensive but help me more, I feel like zygo implants would be more beneficial than rhino tgough

yeah ESR is definitely your most noticeable falio, zygo bones would probably be your best ROI. I feel like having narrow lips as to why your N:LW ratio is bad is a lot worse than a bulbous nose but wide lips.

unfortunately this is the one surgery where I will need to be careful with the surgeon lmao, I’ll need to be cost effective also. I might need another year to save more funds

if you had to choose one specific area of implant, where?
