Search up on amazon "Mouth Tape" and just get the first one, don't use duct tape or normal tape since it can mess with the pores around your mouth and damage your skin.

I ignored every reply saying to use normal tape because that just common sense to not use normal tape because who knows what adhesive is on that and theres no reason to apply it on ur lips and near that area

I’d use mouth tape for mouth as a tape same i use mouth gum for gum for mouth
