What tattoo should I get on my arm?

Flames, a snake/dragon or some text? It's not a matter of if I should get it, but what because I had an tricep tear that deformed my arm and makes it look asymmetrical when I flex it in an open pose. It's not matter of "staying pure". I will never be pure. It's making me depressed and suicidal. I think about it everyday and if I don't do anything to make it mean something then I'll probably end up going ER.

Bodybuilding was my only passion in life. I had the ability to make life beautiful. Life used to be a beautiful tragedy, but now it's an ugly tragedy. Nobody can cope with that. So help me out! I'll scribble and use a marker until I save up the funds to go and get the actual paint done. Meanwhile I can experiment with different styles and see what works best before I get the permanent work done on me.

Thats brutal brother sorry. Depends on what kind of style you like, me personally i'm working on a full sleeve of american traditional tats. People say they are basic but have better noticability and as you and they age they still look amazing.
