what the consensus: Shampoo(and conditioner) or No shampoo.

i personally use none but id rather hear from yall and why. are they any real benefits to shampoo?

I don't use shampoo, and my hair and scalp are fine. I think there's no problem with both; it just depends on the hair type. Mine is very curly. Shampoo is mostly meant to clean the scalp, not the actual hair.
