In what meaningful sense do normies 'navigate society' when they use that term? Navigate how? Everything is just looks. You don't navigate shit. Chad can drunkenly stumble into friendships, good jobs, your mother's big hairy cunt... whatever the fuck he wants, really. And honestly, even for normies this is true to a degree; insofar as you are just not ugly, social skills are of only limited importance.

I frankly think the entire concept of social skills is a normie cope. I've seen so many idiots ignore them or have shitty ones and still be socially successful. Just don't be short, ugly, have a shitty shrill or nasal voice, and nobody will fucking care.

I agree. My point was that even the higher normies still need to focus on the play too. "Social skills" is cope, but i believe things like verbal comprehension can have effects

It is possible to self-sabotage by being stupid enough. When I say things like "social skills don't matter" I don't actually mean that literally. What I actually mean is that while there is a certain minimum baseline of required competence, it's very basic to a point that it cannot meaningfully be considered a 'skill'. If life was an RPG video game where 'Social Skill' was an actual stat you can assign points to, you'd have to actually subtract points (e.g. give your character negative values, but even then it might still not cripple you unless it's like extremely horrible) for it to harm you. Merely adding points would be pointless because the rewards are too low for it to matter.
