What the hell do i do about bad nose to lip ratio

are there even any surgical fixes to this? my lips arent super super narrow in comparison to my nose but they're about the same width, with my lips only being slightly wider. how the hell do i fix this

perma apply hydrocortisone, make that skin shrivel up and shrink like a prone
