(16) I have an underbite which has gradually gotten worse with braces (fuckass ortho) and my dental midline is misaligned.
I have the widest palate known to man
What surgery options even are there? I’ve had I think bimax/djs covered by insurance but the surgeons in Sweden are insanely bluepilled so I’m not even sure I will do it here.

Definitely don't do the surgery with someone you're not confident in. This is going to be by far the most important decision in your entire life. You have a good base for surgery (decent pheno, white, no obvious deformities, you look like the classic good result base)

Most surgeons are going to wait until you're 18 and your growth is fully complete to operate on you. In the meantime do some research and when you're ready consult with a proper maxillofacial surgeon. Theres a lot talked about on here you could consider going to. Id consult Ramieri personally (he has no known botches)

yeah well my ortho said that my surgery would be when i am around 19 or something around there.
how blackpilled is ramieri? i've heard that he is pretty conservative with his movements and im not looking for something subtle, i really need to fix my downgrowth.

Ramieri isn’t the only option. I think the most blackpilled is raffaini but he’s expensive and egotistical. His results are said to be the best though

Ideally you would want to consult with multiple surgeons but ramieri can still do aggressive movements you’d just have to ask. Anyways your case is really basic it would be rare for you to get botched - so I wouldn’t overthink it too much.

lateral Expansion with headgear could actually help considering your palate is also syndrome tier although you'll look like a retard wearing that shit and bimax is just way more controlled. As for ramieri he's cool, I would say he's the sweet spot, in terms of his philosophy, he's very capable of doing good movements and even giving you implants but he isn't going to take some crazy ass risk like some surgeons in turkey or even pags. I have my consultation with ramieri in February and I honestly can't fucking wait. Good luck bro, Sweden is pretty brutal for surgery unfortunately, but im sure you'll find at least one marpe/rpe provider
