What the hell do I say to the orthodontist for a MSE/MARPE and braces

I just took a picture if my palate and I am genuinely fucked I did not realize it was this tiny. I don’t necessarily need it medically because I don’t have sleep apnea, I could try to tell them that but I don’t know if they can actually tell or need proof. For the braces part a lot of people said to get damon braces after the MARPE/MSE since it could cause gaps in the teeth. I need a script or a convincing reason to get it preferably paid for by insurance dental prices are a bitch.

you could tell them you often wake up at nigh drooling and mouth breathing, you feel like you cant properly rest ur tongue so even when ur mouth is closed ur jaw is still a little open bc ur tongue doesnt fit

i have measured it before bite test like it is barely above average but im young and have hella face fat which covers my zygos making them basically none existent like every other asian so i thought it might help with that

small mouth failo cucks me too, it could help yeah, there's a guide in the botb section about mouth expansion but the effects are somewhat temporary (months-year) and the process can cause smile lines, maybe use retinoids or some sort of botox paired with the item mentioned in the guide
