What surgery do you need to improve the bone area that lacks and created nasolabial foldsRecessed everything.
Look at eyes and scleral show. Skin (lower eyelid) is dropping down, no bone to hold it and counteract gravity. Your maxilla is terrible. Nasolabial folds created by skin folding there because bone is not protruding forward.
PSL3 you need osteotomy
I wish I could get left 3LE FORT 3 OR DEATH
Nearly impossible to be ugly with a non recessed maxilla if ur whiteYou look like a greasy retard ngl
Wash that hair asap
Recessed zygos and upper maxilla
Remember that having a good maxilla does not automatically make you gl but having a recessed one will certainly make you look worse
You dont need it,le fort 3 was meant mainly for people with severe facial deformityI wish I could get left 3
that would be a game changer

Never began for dyslexicsWhat does that mean?
??????Never began for dyslexics
Why is that bad, I Could just get filler/implantsOver. Those tear trough lines are almost vertical
It's a sign of excess "downward growth"/longer than ideal midface/bad undereye support. The more vertical and prominent your tear troughs are, the worse. Why is that bad, I Could just get filler/implants
So I’m guessing the right move to correct this is bimax ccw and then midface and orbital implants? It's a sign of excess "downward growth"/longer than ideal midface/bad undereye support. The more vertical and prominent your tear troughs are, the worse.
I have quite visible tear troughs too but they have kind of "rotated outwards" and are more horizontal/less vertical than before now. Which means, midface has shortened slightly and undereye support has improved.
