Just a normal trimax depending on the base but that's assuming their sub5ness is almost exclusively in their jaw/chin with a decent eye area/rest of face. Bimax can take a sub5 to mtn but at the same time take a ltn to still being ltn or mtn to still being mtn etc.

Some people(me) will not ''ascend'' with trimax alone and need other surgeries after it to even dream about mtn.

I could never imagine being so deformed that trimax wouldn't even get you to mtn jfl
