Pretty simple, needles(depending on gauge, would recommend a 27 - 30 gauge) and alcohol wipes to clean everything.

dont use mt1, it makes you look withered and might give you melanoma
you dont need bloodwork for ghkcu

i would not reccomend either, they are notorious for being inconsistent and dangerous
