What to add in my skincare routine? (Blackheads)

Currently following a basic routine consisting of:
-Morning: Biretix cleanser + Effaclar H ISO-BIOME + ISDIN Foto protector Fusion Water

- Night: Biretix cleanser + Biretix Tri-Active or Effaclar H I-B

I have blackheads in my forehead and some acne scars + blackheads in my upper right face. Any suggestions to get rid of the bh and things you would change? Some retinoids?

Yes I would add retinoids and I dont think that cleansers are effective at all

add a salicylic acid exfoliant a few times a week

My dermatologist only "prescribed" me this routine, as I don't really have acne besides some annoying blackheads here and there. He wouldn't give me that, plus it is hard to get where I live without medical prescription.
