200 should be ur max. if u take dnp in the first place your a retard. wait for ur bam15.
but, assuming all u have is dnp and u will take it, use 200 mg cycle once a day. avoid eating carbs

and anyways the people that use dnp are the people that dont need dnp. like, your gonna avoid eating carbs but you wont do a normal diet that doesnt risk your life? also its not even the risk, its just that you are gonna feel like shit. also, if at any point during your cycle you feel REALLY bad after taking a dose (i mean like burning hot) then stop. be very careful if you do take it. it will fuck up your internal organs. even if after a cycle you feel fine, you have already caused (most likely) irreversable damage to your internal organs
