start with your diet.
preventon>cure

get on a ketogenic diet. Decrease simple carbs such as wheat, rice and obviously sugar.
increase fat intake such as dairy, almonds and avocados etc to replace the energy previously taken by carbs.
increase animal protein intake: typical chicken beef goat etc
EAT 6 EGGS A DAY, start with 3 and work up to 6.
drink 3 ltrs of water with electrolytes from lemon or something
eat complex carbs from vegetables such as carrots and celery to fulfill the remaining nutrient needs

i dont know much about working out. I lost decent weight doing this and am a volcel now :D
