what to do about flat maxilla

no over bite or underbite was fixed by braces and other dental appliances when i was younger, had mse but my maxilla is still flat as fuck, i’m 20 so no soft maxx or growth will really fix it, what surgery’s can help?

braces probably caused it, especially if they gave you elastics. Shoot your ortho and get lefort
