also ive seen instances of people getting an increase of UEE, while some getting a decrease of UEE, which one is it

besides reducing UEE for a better symmetry and good eye area, nothing much. it's mostly for aesthetic purpose when you want to do bleph
it's the ptosis one

when people wants to increase UEE it is called double eyelid surgery
