Its over. My friend took accutane and he went from nw1 to nw3 in a year.

Doesn’t cause hair loss

Didn’t know accutane does that

Dermaroll 2.5 mm + peppermint oil is legit

Peppermint oil fucking burns though so be warned

it's not the Accutane, buddy

it's your subhuman genes

Minoxidil + dermarolling would be your best bet for combatting that type of hairloss

Does minoxidil actually fight the cause of this or will it only work as long as I’m using it?

I'm not too sure but I do know that if your hairloss is actually caused by the accutane then just taking fin won't save you.

What do you mean "hair has been falling out since I took accutance 2 years ago" so you shed abnormally? Or is your hairline just receeding

Basically acceleration of male pattern baldness I think. Temples have receded like a fatherfucker in these 2 yrs since stopping accutane. Approaching the end of my course I experienced a huge shed and my hair seems to never have recovered from this shed. I’m 22yo and not a single male soul in my family even had any signs of MPB before age 30

Oh ok so it is MPB then. Finasteride would be a valid option.

Idk man my hair is a mess all over. It’s also thinning on the sides of my head which isn’t typical for MPB. I know I should probably be taking fin

You should be dermarolling, taking fin, using minoxidil and nizoral. Balding at 22 is a death sentence unless you're black and the right phenotype.

What about the sexual sides tho?

Seems safe but it's less studied than fin, look up moreplatesmoredates vid on it
By how much do you think can accutane speed up MPB progression?

Fuck that shit can’t I just live a normal life for only one day?!
Why has my hair become shit Tier ever since taking accutane?
