You have to be dedicated to something 24/7 just like gaming, or scrolling for 5 hours, but like no one even goes outside for 5 hours, life is depressing, school/work and shit social life.

"Make some friends" you think I havent tried that? My friends dont even call me, they dont even initiate contact, unless I am the one whos calling, as for working out I do workout, but definetly not 5+ hours, I just dont get your point.

If you’ve got clubs at your school, go to them. Besides that, there are a lot of things you can do. If you have a hobby, do that. If you have a career path you want to get into, learn some skills that would help with that. I'm trying to get outside every day personally, so I usually hit up one or more of my friends to play tennis or go swimming, sometimes soccer or basketball. I usually have to call, but that's just because they’re bummy and want to play nightrien until 4:30 am and sleep until 5:30 pm every day. If nobody answers, I go hiking. I’ve also recently been trying to get into pottery. I’ve been getting money to buy a wheel and clay. There’s a bunch of stuff you could do that isn’t games or org. I’m going to play golf with a couple of buds in a few hours, even though we all suck.
