If a girl acts like she doesn't like you sometimes but other times acts like she likes you wtf do you do.

Like this bitch sometimes will sit next to me (but ONLY if I initiate and show interest first, she's really fucking weird), but other times she's walking next to me then just instantly dips as soon as possible wtf. It's really cringe sometimes when she's following then she dips and is gone like wtf.

Does this mean she doesn't like me at all and is just being nice sometimes because she's a "nice girl"?

Also I saw this bitch act really fucking either uncomfortable or awkward around me I had no idea why. Like we were the only people in the room and she wouldn't even make eye contact with me she just stared at her friend in front of her and the room was quiet. I noticed she was staring at her friend and not saying anything and I was like "that's what I would do if I was high inhib around a girl I liked" but I cant tell.
