focus on your weaker side but dont favour any side (chew on both left and right side) . Have a similar issue, im pretty sure it comes from sleeping on one side more than the other one. Try sleeping on the opposite side that you usually sleep on.The right side of the palate is narrow whereas the left side is alright.
