What to do if you wasted puberty up to 17.

I just had my first Gym workout today but I felt like I should’ve done this years ago back when I was 14 in like 2022 or something.

Anyone knows how salvage puberty from 17 onwards.

Nutrition advice will also be helpful. I have a budget of about £70 to spend a week on food since I want to use the rest of my income differently
 
Preferably actionable steps please and dont
Make them overly complex. My brain isn’t the smartest comprehension tool.

Not for me though man went through a bunch of shit in my life so it feels like a long time ago. It felt like half a decade ago. But yeah I suppose you need to do interesting things for time to feel longer or something IDK.

You have to check if you're still puberty to begin with do you feel like the bones in your legs feel not loose really anymore, if you have facial hair is it maturing? Either way you're not going to get really significant results from just pure softmaxxing roids would be the ultimate option. for your diet budget eggs, tuna, bread, milk, and whatever you can do to make them taste better. Stop calling yourself dumb too i know how hard it is w self deprecating thoughts, but you have no choice but to be positive, roids are medicines too just strong ones so you ahve to follow the dosage, even with cough syrup you could "do too much" as long as you follow instructions and do your reasearcdh youll be ok bhai❤️

70$ per week on food honestly might be doable. tuna is extremely under rated. eggs, shitty ground beef, skim milk

Never too late for good nutrition. Sunlight and I cant emphasize this enough, sleep. I know, H20 but you asked.
