What do you do when a normie start yapping at you and start yelling and being obnoxious or just insulting you for no reason?

I have had this happen alot and i every sinlge time it ends up in a fight.

Literaly it had come to the point to where when a random stranger strikes a convo with me i will think he is trying to start shit with me.

i keep on getting disprespected by normies and it’s making my life even more miserable being a sexless incel.

I already do that but as i said they act like victims and if they are someone im around they will go back to being disrespectful in like a matter of minutes. If it’s a group setting it’s even worse since they will all act like i was the one in the wrong.

it happens so often that i will have to do it literaly every other interaction.
