What to do with this hair texture?

I never met someone with my same hair texture/quality.

My hair arent afro but even at ahort lenghts they are coarse and stick up like asian hair, oils, olaplex, brazilian blowout, nothing help...

What should I do?
I dont want to shave even shorter
( yes im receding and im.on fin )
