Not dietary zinc but there is sunscreen that has it. get the highest u can too but make sure it doesn’t have anything bad in it or make your own and it’ll protect you from tanning so u can live your life

mine is usually pale but turns a golden after being exposed to the sun but i usually stay inside anyways except when im working ill wear a mask and long sleeves
