Extreme frauding is pointless since your face won't be this tense IRL situations and you're taking the photo from above, but girls will be looking you from straight or below(hoping you're not manlet)

Try to fix your undereye first then if you're not satisfied you can go for almond eye surgery(probably not)

Everyone has that line, it's normal. Your face just seems a bit bloated so it makes it look worse.
