what to eat?

backround: i've always been a very picky eater derived from eating problems in the past and probably like sensory issues from autism, over the years i've gone on and off different foods and it was a habit of mine to latch onto a certain food and eat that which caused imbalances in nutrition but my mom and psychiatrist/doctor didnt really gaf aslong as i was eating. i decided to be retarded when i was like 8 and become "vegetarian" but my mom tricked me into eating meat so i wouldnt get completely ill.

over the last while my eating got better but theres still a lot of foods i wont eat and my dinner plate has always looks different, more minimalistic or strange compared to other's. for example i've never ate a burger with toppings, i hate lettuce tomatos etc, never been into seafood, i hate most sauces like mayo etc, ive always hated cheese, dont like a lot of vegetables and have always had problems with food textures etc. and ive just never wanted to try these things because of that


in 2025 i found myself eating chicken and rice a lot in different forms, including frozen chicken and rice from the store but later on more primarily my mom would cook me multiple peices of chicken breast and a cup of white rice. i went through a big gymcelling arc in 2025 so that could explain why this meal is a go-to for me. as snacks i often had fruits (bananas grapes kiwis), creme fraiche, smoothie cartons, etc. earlier in the year i ate a lot of some protein labelled golden syrup quick oats from the store but shit just seems like slop to me tbh. also eggs but i only know how to make them scrambled and that tastes bland asf + icba

i dont really know how to cook btw like using an oven/pan

often especially recently ive found myself eating very little, because i just genuinely dont know what to eat. i was curious what people on here actually eat, when you are hungry what do you go for and what are the most common things you consume on a day to day? especially in regards to looksmaxxing and optimising nutrition for hormones development chewing health indicators growth etc?

yeah true man i've looked into the raw meat/milk stuff, i honestly wish this could be my diet but it's just very hard to find a source. i've got raw honey and i just eat cooked meat as i think it's better than nothing and pasteurised milk, know it's not the best but i hope to find a source in the future.

yea honestly i think just a butcher could do pretty fine. as for the milk you'd need to get supplied by a willing farmer and as far as i know there's quite some restrictions over here but i know a farmer in my school who has said he drinks it in his house. as for raw honey i got that from my sister who owns bees

Optimal human diet is 50% red muscle meat, 20% eggs, 10% raw butter, 10% wild caught salmon, 10% raw liver and heart (mainly liver) also if ur in development have around 2.5l of raw milk daily for bones, have all ur meat raw preferably but if u cook it its not that deep as long as its not cooked in any bullshit

holy shit dude ur actually so lucky jfl, does that mean u dont get cravings for junk food? cuz u could honestly stick to eating mostly meat + carbs like rice and potatoes or fruit and make so much progress w physique while staying lean

i mean i usually do small snack type things 5-6 throughout the day instead of big meals, like a normal day for me is
meal 1 - banana and coconut milk in the morning
meal 2 - protein bar before school
meal 3 - leftover steak or chicken, if no leftovers i pack 2 boiled eggs with garlic salt
meal 4 - after school, milk (not raw sadly) & raw egg (my aunty has her own chickens that lay eggs)
meal 5 - scrambled egg and raw fish (pokรจ)
meal 6 (if im super hungry) - a can of tuna with raw egg

ik its prob boring but im trying to get my protein in and avoid carbs to lose weight, usually for snacks outside of my small meals i have a can of tuna with some mayo and chopped up green onion

You will not be eating raw liver if you're a picky eater. You don't need to find Grade A premium local farm beef or something to eat it raw you fell for the normie fearmongering. Find a reputable butcher, buy a cheap steak and you're good. It's fine if you don't have raw milk, as long as you react to pasteurised milk okay (if you don't just remove it). Try to get goat's, A2, or unhomogenised milk, as those are all superior to homogenised A1 cow's milk. Kefir is good too and is best in the morning before eating anything. Honey isn't essential as it only provides enzymes, I'd sub honey for occasional fruit which fills some of the micronutrient gaps you get from not consuming organs.

Honestly it depends if I have access to junk food I might still get cravings but I rarely eat it. Also depends on the junk food

And yeah that diet sounds good its mostly what i eat now potatoes ham rice pork chicken eggs etc

honestly thats pretty mogger, I have insane cravings for junkfood normally so I have to use reta in order to eat like a normal human
