What to eat

This all might seem super obvious but many of you tards dont realize that to look good and feel good you have to also eat good. Subservient goyslaves keep talking about junk food as if it isnt made of human meat and the worst animals from the farms.

I would recommend a mix of the following:
protein: chicken breast/thigh, steak, liver, lamb, goat, duck, salmon, nuts/legumes, milk, eggs, greek yogurt
carbs: legumes, potatoes (sweet and regular), corn, peas, oats, bread, rice, barley, fruits like berries, apples, bananas, and grapes
fats: avocados, fatty fish, olive oil, nuts, seeds

-only use olive oil, avocado oil, and butter for cooking, no seed oils
-you can eat junk once maybe every two weeks, but in my opinion healthy food tastes better and feels better to eat
-eat raw occasionally but not always, just more often than most people, as excessive consumption can lead to digestive issues/parasites if you're not careful
-get your food from farmer's market, if you can't just cope and get from the grocery store, the grocery store is significantly worse than the farmer's market but is still superior to the average diet of the vast majority
-dont use plastic for ANYTHING, use all glass, ceramic, or metal, and use cast-iron/stainless steel pans
-never microwave (water)

in terms of water consumption take your body weight in kg and multiply it by 1.5, that's the number of ounces you should drink per day
for calories its dependent on yourself but aim for high protein (~2-3x your body weight in kg), relatively low but still high carbs, and low fat, dont starve yourself like an idiot tho
