Good news they can all be easily fixed with surgery when you're older.

either your nose is too wide, or your lips are too narrow.
personally, i think it’s both.
you’re 14 tho, your palate will most likely get wider as you grow

Puberty wont make you a chad lol. You will look very similar when you grow up. Focus on sleeping for height growth, find some job or cash flow to save for surgery when you turn 18. Jaw implants and thicker neck would increase your smv. Eat more food twig.
