For some advice, I'll give you a basic and general list:

- oral minoxidil (thicker eyebrows and eyelashes)
- eyelash serum (if oral minoxidil cant be found or used, or in compound with it)
- working out more for a better physique, less stress, increased dopamine and happiness, and a more masculine appearance
- eat clean
- exfoliate your skin and lips for a fuller and nicer/brighter appearance
- skin brightening cream (not cuz ur black or whatever, it doesnt whiten your skin. it gives it a shinier and brighter appearance which makes you look healthier. i use it and im white)
- keep yourself stress free because stress leads to worse appearance
