I'am a YouTuber who vlogs every now and then, iam trying to vlog and record weekly, and instead of just having one shot vlogs I want to frame some scenes and get B roll to add to my A roll,
None of my friends were any help
, so I thought why dont I ask here
Tripod 1
- I can use it handheld or set it down
- Rotating axis, which gives me full control on how my scene will look
- Cool af + small, I can film anywhere without a bulky setup
Tripod 2
- Full on tripod, I can use it when iam standing and talking, its basically the equivalent of a human being holding a camera
- not that big, but still needs its own carrying pouch
- I can use it for drop down shots to film creative shots, I can kind of do that with the first one, but this is way better, it gives me more creative control
I will be buying both of them sooner or later, but right now iam looking into only buying one, because I want to make videos and not just obsess over using this and that. I already have a Gimbal for whenever iam vlogging for a full day or an event, where I dont plan the shots I just shoot and edit later. (I want to change that)
both of them cost the same price, 45 dollars for each, so which one should I choose, iam leaning towards the first
