what type of cardio should I hit

I've started running for one hour for about 2 to 3 times a week . and i go to the gym 3 to 4 times a week . Is there any better alternative for this planning
 
jogging 30 minutes 3X week, 1 hour 1X per week

1 day HIIT

gym 3-4 days per week
