if i’m 16 almost 17 with closed growth plates, a deviated septum, and a narrow palate that has been affecting my breathing + sleep for like 10 years, would it be a better choice to get a mse, marpe, or some other type of expander? i’ve heard mse doesn’t do much after adolescence but i just wanted to get a more experienced person’s opinion
