Crap mouth to nose ratio, downturn mouth, high nostrils, nasolabial lines, slight UEE, tear troughs, and average ear placement (can't be changed so I will not worry over this)

If I get all of these corrected I will become a 7 PSL (not trolling nor am I misjudging).

im sure I can improve it by quite a bit actually. some dude said he expandes 2mm with 5 mm expansion. if mine isnt the max it can be then I can do it to that. then strech some od 2 milimetres
