Some decent points though I don't think OP has a long midface, anything that isn't a Leo Dicaprio tier midface is usually labelled as long which usually isn't the case. Not to mention facial length is much less important to a man in particular than is facial width. I've seen good looking/striking men with long midfaces but I've never seen one with a thin face, meanwhile a longer face is usually more brutal on a woman though they can afford to have thinner faces

You have potential. You look socially capable/ NT. I reckon a few surgeries and you are definitely Tyronelite or higher even. Right now you're 5-5.5/10. Get alar base reduction, skincare maxx, make your lips pinker and lose weight to around 12-15% bf. As for your mandible I can't see it tbh however if it's narrow then you might need implants or something but I'm not a knowledgeable surgerymaxxer. Good luck
