Where are you from ? Sweden ? Norway ? There are most likely local surgeons capable of handling your case, which is pretty simple and straightforward. You will need an alarplasty (alar base reduction) and a tip plasty (tip refinement).
Ideally, those local surgeons would have an active instagram page where they document their current results. If none has that and you don't feel comfortable with the lack of transparency and documentation, you can consider picking a Turkish surgeon. As a European too, I'm personally leaning toward that option at the moment, and just starting off my research. Here's a non-exhaustive list I've gathered so far (it would probably need to be trimmed down) :

Dr Erkan Soylu (Istanbul) https://www.instagram.com/erkan.ent/

Dr Saban Celebi (Istanbul) https://www.instagram.com/drsabancelebi/

Dr Selim Turan (Istanbul) https://www.instagram.com/dr.selimturan/

Dr Oguzhan Oguz (Istanbul) https://www.instagram.com/dr.oguzhanoguz/

Dr Ozan Erol (Istanbul) https://www.instagram.com/dr.ozanerol/

Dr Baris Cakir (Istanbul) https://www.instagram.com/bariscakir__/

Dr Cenk Teker (Istanbul) https://www.instagram.com/drcenkteker/

Dr Sureyya Seneldir (Istanbul) https://www.instagram.com/rhinoplastyschool/

Dr Umut Erdogan (Antalya) https://www.instagram.com/drumuterdogann/

Dr Umit Kucuktepe (Antalya) https://www.instagram.com/dr.umitkucuktepe/

Dr Enis Yalcin (Antalya) https://www.instagram.com/drenisyalcin/

Dr Sukru Turan (Antalya) https://www.instagram.com/drsukruturan/

To get a real grasp of what these surgeons are doing, beyond the self-advertisement on their instagram page, you will have to delve into patients' direct testimonies, found on Facebook groups, Whatsapp groups, Reddit, Realself, etc. . Every surgeon, even the very best, will have a few disappointing results ; it is statistically unavoidable. Just look for patterns and how surgeons handle their mistakes.

Here's a morph I've done for your nose, restoring an ideal mouth-to-nose width ratio (~1.5) :

Ref1

While we're at it, as a softmax, I would suggest to trim the inner end of the medial eyebrow.
And as a potential hardmax in the future (after rhinoplasty), you would benefit from a canthoplasty to increase the palpebral fissure horizontal length (length of eye aperture). You'll have to consult occuloplastic surgeons.
Here's another morph simulating these 2 changes, on top of the rhinoplasty :

Ref2

The altered height-to-length palpebral ratio is 1:3, which is optimal. Your current ratio is roughly 1:2.5, outside the ideal range (3-3.25).

In my opinion, your base is favorable for a significant ascension. Very good phenotype, coloring, health markers, bone mass ; and, based on your previous thread, you're tall (1,88m / 6'2") with a solid frame too. Hardmaxxing is the way to go for you.

How would a CO2 laser fix a bulbous nose? I'm actually curious you're the second person I've seen say this is there some sort of result out there where a guy fixed his bulbous nose by CO2 laser?

No worries, glad it was helpful to you.

Dutch bro, you may be in luck, as one of the better known European nose surgeons is actually based in the Netherlands.
Dr Gilbert Nolst Trenité https://www.rhinoplasty.nl/
I got in touch with him back in the 2010s, and, from what I can remember of our short email exchange at the time, he was a decent man.
However, he may be too old now. The ideal age bracket for plastic surgeons is 50-65 yo, because they combine both thorough experience and technical dexterity. After 65 yo, they tend to lose the latter.
Still worth getting in touch with him and maybe going on an in-person consult.

Im only talking about it because I've also read it on some thread, im not exactly sure how, Im guessing by slimming down excess skin, it was also recommended over rhino because its cheaper and results look more natural, don't quote me on that tho, when I google co2 laser on bulbous nose I only get cases of people who had some rare nose defect which made it grow abnormally large, so it probably isn't even popular

Wow I didn't know co2 laser could be used to remove that much excess tissue, i thought it was really only used for acne acars and wrinkles. Im assuming its not used for normal bulbous noses because its mostly caused by cartilage though theoretically should still be able to slim down your nose through it since bulbous noses still have a bit of excess tissue but maybe its still not done due to it not looking natural without shaping the cartilage itself. I would be pretty curious to see someone with a normal bulbous nose get it done.
