yep. I’m 5’6, best body females reacted to was me lean with not much muscle mass and just shoulders and slim waist to get that femboy lookz


You either look good as a manlet or really give up on life

You can get away with the Tik Tok pretty boy shit at your age. I'm 38. Looking like a boy at my age is a huge failo. Back when I was under 140 lbs @ 167cm tall, my friend told me that I looked like a 12 year old boy. Just with greying hair at the temples.

Idk since im only 19 and cannot speak for experience, but i’ll never bulk up to be as large and i am tall.

Also, out of curiosity. How did you do at my age since we are the same height?(with woman)

How are you supposed to work on your frame without "hard gymmaxxing?" lmfao. Are you suggesting to prioritize width (V-taper) over thickness? But then I've also seen people on PSL make fun of wide gymcelled manlets. Tell me some specific exercises that you expect manlets to do. Overhead Press or Front Raises for anterior delts? Lateral raises for lateral delts? DB/Cable Reverse Flys and Reverse Pec Dec for Rear Delts? Pull-ups or lat pulldowns for lats? Rows and deadlifts for a thick back, traps? Unless you're just larping and don't actually work out.

Neck training, I'm familiar with. But my neck grew as a natural byproduct of bulking up to 153 lbs and doing deadlifts, barbell bent-over-row/db rows, face pulls (switched to db reverse fly recently) and no longer being a 128 lb scrawny manlet. How many gymcelled dudes actually have a small neck?

I just googled framemaxxing looksmax to find one of the threads on BOTB. I can't take any guide that recommends Turkesterone seriously. lmfao. Also its been debunked that DB Lat Pullovers expand the ribcage. I recently added Lat Pullovers to my routine. But I do it for my lats. Not my ribcage. lmfao.

I'm also 38 so the guide even says to skip to Section 4 if you are over 25. lmfao. So the framemaxxing shit isn't going to work at my age.

I've seen some short guys with wide frames and big muscles, they might look funny in online photos and clips, but in real life they can feel pretty intimidating, even taller guys respect them if they are less bulky than them...

Part of it too is that you don't want to fuck with a manlet IRL. Because you just never know when you are the straw that broke the camel's back that causes the manlet to decide to finally go ER.
