What is still useful if everything eats shit. Now look at what pays most out of those.

Medicine/Dentistry
Engineering
Agriculture

Will always be needed

---------------------------------------------
If you want to make fat stacks now and want to go on a rape spree the moment the system collapses:

Finance/Economics (London school of economics)
Law
Any other research that interests you idfk

If you really care about stacks early on, do economics in the london school, finish your bachelors degree with good grades, then fuck off to Switzerland to the University of St. Gallen for your masters. Learn german in the meantime. You will get guaranteed employment in investment banking with an at least 130k starting salary, however you will work like a motherfucker for about a decade. Afterwards, look forward to working less and earning 500k a year.
-------------------------------------------

On the other hand, you could place your bets on medicine by looking where the health data is trending and selecting a career in that area. Craniofacial surgery isn't bad, iirc right now there is a huge demand for gastroenterology but it's your choice in the end.

I gotta go eat the chocolate in my toilet now

Bye

Do I really need to go to that London school and swiss uni to get the job you described? I'm an American and would rather just do schooling here.

i didnt do physics or further maths so i dont think i can do economics or engeinerring or astrophysics, i would have to resit for these as well.

If im able to resit but dont get into med than i might go down the economics path tbh

Resit privately for Physics and Further Maths. Nerdmaxx and become a good betabuxx

if u are actually from a council estate how are u getting those grades

read A level grades so sounds like EU so its over anyway
dont they pay docs like 50k anyway in EU

BBB aren't good grades.

I can't resit, won't have any money because I need to move out at 18 and get full time job and rent somewhere.

Are you dumb

What question is this, if you wanna do medicine then do any bio related degree, then you can do a GEM after your degree as long as you get 75%+ in each module and do good in the UCAT and GAMSAT in your 3rd year of university or the year after you graduate

training path still shorter than UK overall

normal school in the north of england
It’s not

They’re the same training path length

5-6 years degree
2 years foundational training
4 years specialisation
2 years of specialisation placement

US doctors> UK doctors, there’s a literal epidemic of UK doctors being paid dogshit

OP should do Astrophysics or a phD in Maths. Good betabuxxing strategy

im talking about after degree.
postgraduate:

For UK:
FY1 & 2: 2yrs + randomly sent around country
ACCS/CT: 3-4 years
ST3-7: 4 years

9-10 years postgrad best case before you become consuntlant in the UK

For USA:
3-4 year residancy
Attending
optional specailisations, not needed: 1-3 years

Until you get in the last 2-3 years of trianing here u make less than a resident in the US as we,l

i made this post to get options other than medicine, I already know about the pathways to do medicine.

Apart from studying, If you can prosper in a trendy career like music or content creation. With technology and social media, these type of careers will only go up in future

None. All of them oversaturated.

If you don't end up doing medicine then electrical engineering and software engineering are solid choices. Mechanical engineering is also great since its the broadest of all branches meaning you can work in almost every industry. Someone mentioned investment banking here but to get into that you need to get an MBA or work your way up the ranks from a financial analyst position.

Investment banking if you get into a t20 undergrad in the US and half competent you have a shot no mba required
