It seemed like I didn’t have the genetics to pack on a shit load of muscle. No training by the way.

By the way this is a bodybuilder that Greg Doucette (a professional manlet competitor and youtuber for those of you who don’t know) said that he had elite level genetics. He was 14 as well. It’s interesting to compare to my pics.

I guess I must be more aesthetics than size. But I’m not going to give up. I will try to squeeze out whatever I can. Hopefully I can get both aesthetics and size.

I will roid once I reach my limit, maybe a little sooner than that. I’m currently at year 2. I may roid at year 5 or 7.

Natty lifting is a sham tbh lol... Muscle is 90% genetics. Attractive people at the gym don't do powerlifter hard workouts, watch them, they do easy brosplits with brolifts... Watch who deadlifts and squats all the time: Incels, twinks, and fatties... And women 'cause they only do lower body haha.

People who end up looking legit impressive (to where physique is a big plus) generally had like, visible abs or shape to muscles even without lifting.

Yeah blacks also have good muscle genetics usually. Eastern Euros too.

If you've been working out for 2 to 3 years you're not gonna get much buffer without getting fat or holding water.

To look actually impressive like the IG people you're discussing you will need roids.

Lens distortion, but it seems that his frame is bad despite having a great waist to shoulder ratio. And a giraffe neck.

Hard to say. If he was always restricting his calories then he wouldn’t grow regardless of how hard he lifted.

Fighting and muscles don't have anything to do with each other. Muscles can be a plus but carry a lot of weight and can make you super slow.

Frame and muscle inserts, not your roid stacks or training splits determine how good you will look ultimately. In photographs this is giga important. IRL you need more overall size and can't get away with being a manlet or just super lean.

I got shit tier muscle inserts and will never look really aesthetic depite being real tall and having wide clavicles. Big rib cage means wide body but it also mean WIDE WAIST and no amount of cutting will change your lower rib cage.

Yes that too but If you got a large ribcage you won't have much area between ribcage and pelvis so even if you are super skinny it will never be narrow.

I think you’re confusing ribcage for low lats. I have a fairly wide ribcage and a small waist. This is an old pic.
