What was the first and last instance of Mesopotamian art in this style?

My best guess is that art depicting this style evolved in Sumer which then was picked up by all other civilizations around Mesopotamia, it especially stuck around with the Elamites, Assyrians, Babylonians, Akkadians, and later the Persians. I believe the first instance of this specific artstyle was around 3000 BC, the last would be around the 8th century AD after the muslim conquest of the Sassanians. I would like to know more about Mesopotamia and I don't get a direct answer when googling this question.
