Faster better IMO, get it over with. 500 deficit a day is fucking cope. You can’t even accurately track a 500 deficit, food labels can be off by 20%.

i’m 66kg and i don’t look lean at all rn no visible abs
and yeah that’s what i’m doing i’ve been eating 1k calories a day for 3 weeks

depends on ur muscle mass but i dont see u being over 60kgs if u dont gymcell for a longer time

i’ve been gymcelling for a year but i’ve been away from the gym a couple months now
You should be in the gym so you maintain your muscle especially on an aggressive cut.

What are you eating?
i started at 70kg
i’ve dropped about 4-4.5kg
probably decent amount of water weight too thought bcz i’ve gone from loading up with a fuck ton of carbs to 0 carbs

Maybe half is fat is you are sedentary. Are you getting steps in? like 10k a day? gym? cardio?

it’s difficult for me to get in the gym bcz of a medical condition i’ve developed recently but i’m getting prescribed some medication for it tomorrow so i’m gonna try get back in the gym

Cut the carbs. protein for maintaining muscle, fat for hormones. the carbs are unnecessary, nutritionally empty, don’t keep you satiated and don’t have thermic effect as high as protein.

Also won’t spike your blood sugar. you’ll get better insulin sensitivity.

i do a decent amount of steps but i’ve not been doing much exercise due to the reason i mentioned previously
