No, he looks way better in the after, and his nose looks smaller because his jaw is now bigger.

He had an underbite. To fix that, surgeons have to move both the upper and the lower jaw, so in the end, you end up with more forward growth, even though you already had more forward growth than average. This is exactly what happened to me, except that my surgeon also fixed my chin, because I used to have a weak chin in the past.

Bad mentolabial fold reducing masculinity and overall dimorphism due to less creasing.
Nose looks too upturn and not fitting for the face(maybe?).
Jaw is of a concave nature or moon like with no visible ramus therefore no way to calculate his angularity.

i think he ascended a lot so it's good but i think he has too upward tilt and anterior projection now. it's still not a failio. it looks bad because of the gonial angle. it doesn'T match with his face, so he can get jaw implant.

that's why salieri do full package like bimax + jaw implant.

his subnasale attachment to the nose is too far ahead for the lack of forward grown in his paranasal area.

Too much forward movement. Upper maxilla and forehead look out of place now. It would look a lot better if he had a strong brow.

mostly just had a bad base I think. his whole face was too flat so if you do a standard lefort 1 you'll get that look.

A ton of maxillary advancement (probably a little too much), a feminine rhino, and the text/watermark of the photo blocking out part of his nose and brow accentuating the chimp look. But it's not a terrible result

The distance between the eyes and the lips have gone over a certain threshold and now his face is in dog territory.
To fix that now he needs a giant browridge/forehead implant.

Pure germanic chad on the right one.

Are there any frontal pics? His philtrum seems to have shortened. Also is bimax even worth it for the sake of aesthetics if one has a normal bite?

Looks good but basically his maxilla was so recessed that by bringing his lower maxilla forward the upper seems even more recessed . Overall he looks much better
