Don't eat goy and have high protein carb intake, don't take hgh yet it will only benefit if you are trying to push a few more inches at the end, your 5"11 at 14 so don't worry too much about height, hit the gym.
If u have acne do accutane and get blood work, ghkcu is waste of money and won't fix acne
