Run outside. Do pushups, situps, chinups, squats

Pull Up Bar get them while you can theyre like 15 bucks at Walmart. pull ups, chin ups, dips + pushups (using the bar as extra levels), one legged squats, calf raises on the stairs. That's really all you can do. If you wanna go the extra mile you can some adjustable dumbbells.

Push ups, dips, chin ups, pull ups, then everything else can be done with resistance bands.... no big deal.

At least thats what im doin
Its gonna be a cool break because i dont usually do chin ups or pullups or pushups. So imma get good at them

+ low iq, how do you think humanity needed gym to train ?

believe me, when you will be able to even do push up with one hand then few fingers, you'll fart more than when lifting 400kg
Bruh low iq before gyms people ate differently
Everyone is low iq here you need resistance.

until you can do one arm pull ups, 20+ handstand pushups (wall assisted, focus on strength, not balance) and 20+ pistol squats, you can't complain calisthenics doesn't get the job done
