there are better designs nowadays with downs and feather that don't look too puffy, but still classify as puffer jacket

I don't wanna spend more than 200€ tbh.
Weather probably doesn't get colder than -10°C
Also I'd prefer something that isn't too bulky

It's hard to find a good one tbh, I hate the ones that are very loose
