im trying to testmax lol and i know diet is a huge factor
 
im trying to testmax lol and i know diet is a huge factor
breakfast: 5-10 eggs, avocado, cheese
Lunch: Atlantic salmon, walnuts, dark chocolate
Dinner: ground beef/chicken/steak - wait 1.5 hrs for digest then have oatmeal + kiwi + milk and half a banana
Dont eat 2 hrs before bed
