Depends if you have no acne then it should be centered around anti aging and cell turn over. In that case beef tallow moisturizer and tret is all you need imo.

But the best skin care is a good diet. Dog shit diet it doesn't matter what you do. Most skin condition is the result of poor health if your under 25 your skin should be amazing

When i was doing IF, low carbs, no dairy i still had horrible acne. The only thing that is now helping it is tret, urea, b5 megadose and benzoyl peroxide

This study concludes that diet has a very negligible impact on your skin https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2836431/

Acne is a result of subhuman genetics, the only thing you can do is use powerful ingredients like vit A, or b5 or others to treat the underlying cause

acne is a result of poor health almost always. Although I was assuming this guy meant anti aging and collagen

Mine was caused by anti bioitics and I am fixing it with probiotics because my gut was fucked up. Those creams do work but not long term its caused by some bacteria issue

What diet do you recommend for skin? It's a result of poor genetics, not health.

There are chads who eat just mcdonalds and other slop, drink and smoke and have perfect skin, I have a few friends who are like this. Meanwhile when I was doing a clean diet for months nothing changed for my acne. Maybe if you have a mild acne it's because of your diet but if you have horrible acne it's probably genes

Some people are more sensitive to toxins then others although as cringe as this sounds acne may not be the worst thing it is your body giving you a sign.

Also depends on your age acne for 1-2 years in puberty is semi normal if not extreme (a few zits) although even this is caused by hormonal imbalance cause of all the shit in our enviroment making puberty more unstable. I recommend you look into the root causes. The sorts of products you are using your gut bacteria (I basically just am eating a lot of pro biotic foods). Genes do play a role but acne was relatively rare in the past especially past the deepest parts of puberty. Something in your environment is causing it

Do you use cream for Urea? when do you apply it in your routine?

I overdose in Vit A and see some results, do you think i should hop on B5 too?

Morning spf only if you’re out in the sun night cleanse then retinol only moisturize when extremely dry because moisturizer clog pores

20-30 minutes after using tretinoin 0.1% i use a urea moisturizer (5%, you shouldn't use more than 10% on your face)

Yes absolutely, https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4065280/ this study shows 67% reduction in acne after 12 weeks on 2.2 mgs of b5 and most anecdotes from the internet suggest 5mg and up so it could work even better. However there aren't many studies on this so we don't fully know the side effects, if there are any like in accutane. Some people on reddit and YT say they experienced hair loss so I recommend you watch some videos with experience or reddit threads.
B5 mogs

maybe try this?

Btw do you take vitamin A in normal form or synthetic like isotretinoin or tret?

Normal form, i just down 2400 mcg (2pills) every day. (i believe it’s 8000 UI if i’m not mistaken)

I suffer from hair loss to which i’m taking Fin, so it wouldn’t be gray if i lost more hair.

I’ll search B5 a bit more, but i believe 2.2 mg won’t have side effects

8000 IU won't do anything, it's probably just placebo. This study says that even 100 000 IU doesn't do much for acne, https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/6453848/ and other https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/6407/ . I take 50 000 daily in the form of beta carotene but it's mainly for orange undertones.
